Everytime I looked in the
mirror naked, I would shriek in
horror…
Watching as my fat clung to me like mel ted
ice cream…
I knew it was getting bad, when I started to
have trouble at work walking to different rooms
when examining patients…
And when I raced over just a few doors down… I
was completely out of breath.
I knew something had to change, so I went to
