           You work so hard to lose a few pounds,
           skipping dessert and doing endless hours of
           exercise…



           Only to end up 10lbs heavier after all your hard
           work…



           Or maybe you starve yourself and don’t eat for a
           few days at a time…


           Only to binge eat and start the vicious weight
           gaining cycle all over again…



           I did all those…


           But even though this evil weight rollercoaster

           almost caused me to give up…


           It was also the key to discovering the 5 second
           Japanese appetizer that would wipe at 57lbs of
           my belly fat.



           Things continued to spiral out of control
           everytime I rebounded with my weight…
